Absolutely amazing. Had the perfect time staying here. Helpful, friendly staff that really make you feel welcome. Hotel is brand new and very comfortable. I'd recommend getting breakfast included as it's quite a varied spread. The onsen is awesome. Imagine sitting on the roof with a view of the mountains as snow falls down around you. A truly amazing experience. Highly recommended. I'm coming back next year.
