 What is the booking process?

Step 1: Enquiry:

No payment is required & no contract is entered into when you make a booking enquiry. Just click on the enquiry tab & fill out the details eg. number of guests, dates & questions.

Step 2: Availability & Pricing: 

We will confirm availability and quote pricing as soon as possible

Step 3: Booking:

To confirm the booking after receiving a quote and confirmation of availability guests will need to agree to our terms & conditions and make a deposit.


How is the foreighn exchange rate calculated?

We offer a live exchage rate at the time you chose to make payment which means that if the exchange rate improves after the original quote you pay less in your local currency. Most travel agents quote the rate in your local currency and if the exchange rate gets worse they will amend the rate when you chose to pay. But, If it gets better they usually dont pass this onto the customer.



In the event of a cancellation any refund due will be in accordance with the properties cancellation and refund policy, which are listed on your first invoice and on a cancellation terms button located on the final payment page. By finalising your booking by making payment you are agreeing that you have read & agree to the cancellation terms.

Do you charge the guest a fee for your service?



Are your rates more expensive than booking with the property direct?



Will you compete with cheaper rates offered on instant booking web sites?

Yes. If we have provided you with good information and service that puts you in a position to book on an instant booking web site we would at least appreciate the opportunity to compete on price. Thank You!


Do you book flights?

No. We recommend that you go through the airline direct to get the best price. We chose to focus 100% of our time on finding you the best accommodation. But, we can help get you from the airport to your accommodation.


Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes, you should never travel without travel insurance.
