The booking process
Step 1: Enquiry : No payment is required & no contract is entered into when you make a booking enquiry. Just click on the enquiry tab & fill out the details eg. number of guests, dates & questions.
Step 2: Availability & Pricing : We will confirm availability and quote pricing as soon as possible. No payment is required & no contract is entered into.
Step 3: Booking: To confirm the booking after receiving a quote and confirmation of availability guests will need to agree to our terms & conditions and make a deposit.
We use a live exchange rate the time you chose to make payment which means that if the exchange rate improves after the original quote you pay less in your local currency.
In the event of a cancellation any refund due will be in accordance with the properties cancellation and refund policy, which are listed on your first invoice and on a cancellation terms button located on the final payment page.
Finally, we recccommend that you should never travel without travel insurance.
