"The accommodation: rooms warm and spacious towel changed daily, beds every other day, clean, 24 hr Japanese bath was nice No lobby for guests to hang out No Wifi in the rooms Service: lovely customer service, helpful, wished more frequent trips to and from Hakuba Iimori . Breakfast: Ok, was told 7:30-8:15, to my opinion too limited for a holiday hotel where guest may wish to sleep in a bit & then have breakfast Distance: to Hakuba Guryu, walking Location: Beautiful area Japan snow staff: very helpful , thank you"

"We stay there a full week early march. We wish to recommand this hotel for the location as you can walk and reach the "escal plaza" in 5 Minutes (starting point of the ski activity.) No need to worry about shuttle service schedule etc...free to ski. But we wish also to point out that Konno San, His wife and THE ALL team are extremely kind, helpfull and attentive to all your needs.(pick you up at the bus station, bring you somewhere if you need etc...) By the way food is excellent (either Japanese or Western)and the hotel is very calm and peacefull day and night and perfectly clean, warm. The basement is equiped with lockers for skying equipment and the change room is of course heated) The last but not the least and maybe THE point the quality of snow in Hakuba Goryu is there EXCEPTIONAL and very stable in quality (far different from Europe). A nice place."
