Do you have an office in Japan as well as Australia? No, our office is based in Australia & we are governed by Australian Law.


Are our staff Japanese or Australian? Mostly Japanese.


Why book with us? We have formed great relationships with key properties & can reccomend the best options, handle the entire booking process & answer all your questions. We have been operating since 2008 & many of our customers come back again and again because of our expert knowledge, great service & professionalism.


Do you have any guest reviews? Yes, any feedback from previous guests can be viewed by clicking on the review tab for each property.

What is the booking process?

Step 1: Enquiry: No payment is required & no contract is entered into when you make a booking enquiry. Just click on the enquiry tab & fill out the details eg. number of guests, dates & questions.

Step 2: Availability & pricing: We will confirm availability and quote pricing as soon as possible

Step 3: Booking: To confirm the booking after receiving a quote and confirmation of availability guests will need to agree to our terms & conditions and make a deposit.

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation any refund due will be in accordance with the properties cancellation and refund policy, which are listed on your first iinvoice and on a cancellation terms button located on the final payment page. By finalising your booking by making payment you are agreeing that you have read & agree to the cancellation terms.

Does Japan Snow Accommodation have professional indemnity Insurace? Yes, with Gow Gates.


Do you charge the guest a fee for your service? No.


Are your rates more expensive than booking with the property direct? No


Will you compete with cheaper rates offered on instant booking web sites? Yes. If we have provided you with good information and service that puts you in a position to book on an instant booking web site we would at least appreciate the opportunity to compete on price. Thank You!


Do you book flights? No. We reccomend that you go through the airline direct to get the best price. We chose to focus 100% of our time on finding you the best accommodation.


Can you book airport to resort transfers? Yes. We will reccomend the best method to get to the resort from the airport. In some case this means we book and organize the transport for you & in other cases we will reccomend that you do it yourself. We have the expertise to reccomend the best option.
 

Do you reccomend travel insurance? Yes, you should never travel without travel insurance.


Do we sell travel insurance? No, we chose to focus 100% of our time on finding you the best accommodation. But, we recommend Suresave. Check our Japan Snow Travel Insurance page for further details.
