Your service has been terrific, the accommodation arrangements and transfers you organised worked very well. So thank you for that.
The accommodation at Always Niseko was very good, as was the breakfast options provided and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only criticisms of the place and area would be that the accommodation was a bit out of the main town area and we had to rely on the shuttle service, although that did work well. There were very limited dining choices within walking distance and Always Niseko had a very limited dining option in the evening. Also there was no communal area at Always Niseko where we could sit and chat and have an apres ski drink.
But overall we were happy with the accommodation.

Rooms were ok, comfortable. One problem was breakfast, not enough space to cater to the guests. And also, running out of basic supplies like sugar and croissants was a big no-no for me.
Being a bit isolated from facilities was a bit of inconvenience but was made up for by the shuttle service.

Always Niseko was great!
I loved the room and the bathroom was large and clean.
Location was within walking distance (without gear) and the shuttle service was great.
Breakfast was good and plentiful and even dinner and apres was pretty good in the hotel resto.
The storage room was big and I liked fact it was heated.
One can rent gear here as well.
Only recommendation would be to add laundry machines. 3 isn’t enough for that size complex.
Great spot that I would like to return to.
