All rooms have private bathrooms, but shared onsen style bathing is also available & most rooms have
single beds. New limited rooms with king size beds (joint configuration of 2 single beds). Daily full room
cleaning services are available on request basis (free of charge).

Facilities include 2 restaurants, winery, lounge with satellite TV, Bar, wireless internet and common
laundry.

Foreign currency exchange (Travelex), souvenirs, guest shuttle to the ski lifts and downtown & ski,
snowboard & general snow gear hire available.

Within the Inn Nord Restaurant and Bar serves a delicious seasonal menu including fondue and the
Inn’s own micro wines. Daily Breakfast is provided in the '80 Days’ restaurant along with a superb

North Country Inn Shuttle
In addition to our guest shuttle service to the ski lifts (5 minutes ride), we also run a downtown shuttle bus during the day and an evening restaurant bus service (one way). This service can be accessed by North Country guests only, and facilitate easy, convenient movement between the hotel and popular downtown restaurants and shops.

Back Country Guided Tour
North Country Inn can arrange and operates One Day Tours for the guests to Kamui Ski Lifts, Tomamu Hoshino Resort, Asahidake, Tokachidake Natural Onsen.

 

Furano is located in Hoakkaido and is 1209 m high.

It is famous for light dry powder but with less crowds than Niseko. The ski resort has a variety of terrain suitable for all levels of skiers from beginner to advanced. There are two magic carpet escalators accessed slopes for children. To challenge yourself, there are ungroomed powder runs and steep cruisers that have been used for FIS world cup races in the past.

There are many backcountry tours and guides avaialble in Furano. Some people base themselvise in Furano to explore the Central Hokkaido such as Tomamu, Asahidake, Tokachidake and Sahoro.

The closest international airport is the New Chitose Airport, but depending on your country of origin you may have to fly into Tokyo first. The easiest mode of transport is the Hokkaido Resort Liner which leaves from New Chitose Airport daily and takes about 3 hours to reach Tomamu.There are two zones in Furano. Kitanomine Zone has a little village with restaurants & shops and most of accommdoations are located in this area. The other area is the Furano Zone. New Furano Prince Hotel is the only accommodation in this area.
