Hakkoda is one of the best powder spots in Japan. They have a ropeway that can take 101 people to the top (1324 m) at once. The longest run is about 7 km. You can ski or snowboard between the monster trees covered with frozen snow, which would be a great experience for you. The season is 6 month long (Dec - May).
