Run by a delightful couple called Jijyo and Kyoko who have a baby son called Hayato - they took really good care of us - everything from hiring equipment, transporting us to the gondola lift and taking us to onsen. Breakfast was a good balance and they were extremely hospitable throughout our stay there. A really special place to be when you're in Niseko, and a peace of mind.

Our stay at the Niseko lodge Tabi No Kosaten was nothing short of excellent.. Our hosts gave good down to earth accommodation showing us all the good spots to eat, drink and play also giving us advice on our futher japan travels.. location is a bit out maybe 10 minute walk to main part of hirafu (good chance to soba up a little) and like 5 minutes to a bus stop that takes you in and drops you off.. its got my vote
