With world-class dry powder snow conditions, wide groomed trails which extend over 3.5km in length and drop 545 vertical metres, and a number of steep off-piste pitches, there is plenty of terrain to keep your whole family satisfied. After dark you can enjoy night skiing/riding under the moonlight on one of our floodlit trails.

For freestyle skiers and riders, facilities include an Olympic-sized 22 foot halfpipe, the largest in Japan, and a terrain park which is open both day and night. Backcountry skiers will fall in love with the almost endless supply of
pristine powder snow that Aomori has to offer.

Stay on the mountain at the Rockwood Hotel and Spa. Having undergone a partial renovation in 2015, guests can experience our renovated corner double rooms or enjoy our classic hospitality in our well-appointed classic
rooms. Those seeking the ultimate luxury can opt for our 1-bedroom suite, a 77 square meter room with its own private onsen and living room.
