Casi 67 guest review

Casi 67

Late January 2014 We had a fantastic 10 days at Casi 67, having flown up to Sapporo after 2.5 weeks travelling around mainland Japan.

Throughout the booking process Hisae at Japan Snow Accommodation was really helpful and super-responsive.

When we arrived at Niseko, we were greeted by Jon at Niskeo Boutiques who transported us direct to the property…we were so please when we arrived as everything was immaculate! Lovely property and very well equipped. The “welcome” bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne chilling in the fridge was an added bonus…as was the fact we had Niseko Boutiques on call throughout our stay to chauffeur us around the resort…fantastic service!

We had a couple of minor issues with the hot tub during the stay, which Jon sorted out for us immediately.

All in all, this property comes highly recommended - as does JSA! The property was cleaned each day too - lovely coming home to made up beds etc.

Niseko itself has a wide range of eating options, higher end as well as cheap and cheerful. Steak Rosso Rosso was fantastic, as was Hurry Slowly - both definitely worth a visit if you want a nice meal! Booking in advance is essential though.

Green Farm cafe is a must for lunch, all homemade organic food at a good price.

The mountain itself has a variety of runs, although you can cover the majority within one day. The amount and quality of snow plus trees all over the mountain means there’s always fresh powder to be found!

Night skiing is highly recommended, and the flexible lift pass options mean you can switch it up throughout your trip without costing the earth.

Really recommend a day trip to Rusutsu - another resort around 40 mins away by coach (1,000 yen pp from the Hirafu Welcome Centre); this is quieter than Niseko, we didn’t queue once for a lift all day.

Thanks again for all your help with our booking!

"I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to japan. Casi 67 was a great place to stay in.

It was much better and bigger than what I was expecting with adequate space for my group. There were good facilities like living room, outdoor spa and kitchen at our disposal. The place was also clean and well maintained by the staff.

Although it was a little bit out of the way, it's still quite convenient to the bus stop (even if the shortcut can be abit tricky to walk through!). Also the staff were very helpful and very patient with our requests. Overall, a wonderful place to stay at and enjoy the powdery slopes of Niseko. Definitely made my stay at Niseko a wonderful experience.

Would like to thank you and the staff from Holiday Niseko for all your help in arranging my stay and making my experience all the more enjoyable. Hope to return soon."
