Lodge Forestplaza is a B&B style property. They also have Japanese and New Zealand staff to help you during your stay in English. The owner had a ski school in Shiga Kogen for 23 years. He has the local knowledge and experience to ensure you get the most from your trip. He can guide you through Shiga Kogen, which is the biggest snow resort in Japan. Depending on your ability he has the knowledge to take you to the best areas depending on the conditions. They will also be able to film you skiing and snowboarding and then you will be able to watch it live that evening back at the property over a few beers.
