Option A: Japan Resort Guide

1. The Japan Snow Accommodation home page shows a map of all the snow regions in Japan.
2. Use the Japan Resort Guide search to see which resorts are within that region.
3. Select a resort and go to the Resort page to get info on that resort.
4. Click on the links to properties in that resort
5. Click on any of the properties to see images, property features, room features, location, any individual rates and guest forum

Option B: Japan Snow Accommodation Search

1. Search across all resorts in Japan, in a specific region or on a specific mountain
2. You can refine the search again by accommodation type by region and  the number of guests.
3. Click on any of the properties to see images, property features, room features, location, the property rates and guest forum.

Booking enquiry and confirmation

1. Fill in the booking form
2. You will be given a final rate
3. You will be emailed booking details.
4. We will then confirm availabilaty within 24 hours.
5. Your booking is confirmed with a payment to Japan Snow Accommodation or the property in question directly in accordance with that particular properties booking and payment policy. (This policy information will be made available to you before you make any payments). Any cancellations and refunds will also be in accordance with that properties individual policy.
