Age

You must be 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.

Availability, bookings, pricing, payment & cancellation                                  

No payment is required when you make a booking. We will confirm availability within 24 hours of your booking and request payment in line with the individual properties payment policy. When Japan Snow Accommodation or the individual property directly has received this payment your booking is confirmed pending any additional progress payments stated. We reserve the right to pass on any extra payment transfer costs such as credit card fees to the guest. The total amount due will be made clear to you before you confirm the booking. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees, which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider. In the event of a cancellation any refund due will be in accordance with the properties cancellation and refund policy.

Guest identity

The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.
In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, the accommodation provider will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID will be retained by the accommodation. The accommodation provider may supply this identification information to us.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information. We are also not able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.

Without affecting any of your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our site or any products or services purchased on our site. We make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any product or service displayed on our site.

Images and content on the JapanSnowAccommodation.com site may not be copied, saved or used in any format other than as incidental to your permitted use of the site.

Site function

We do not book travel in any way. The sole function of this site is selling accommodation rentals. All advertising banners are completely independent from Japan Snow Accommodation. We receive payments from suppliers for the provision of our booking service.

Applicable laws

The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these terms and conditions.
