Hotel Jogakura is located about 10 minutes drive from the Hakkoda ropeway station. The hotel runs the scheduled free shuttle to & from.
They also offer a free pick up & drom off at Aomori / Shin Aomori train station or from Aomori airport.

The bullet train from Tokyo will arrive at Shin-Aomori.
If you are coming by any other trains, you will arrive at Aomori station. You could also fly into Aomori airport. Hotel Jogakura will pick you up & drop you off at either of the train station or the airport free of charge.

Hakkoda is located in the Aomori region. It is about 3 hours 20 minutes from Tokyo to Shin-Aomori station by Tohoku Shinkansen (bullet train). From Shin-Aomori, there is a public bus or we can arrange a taxi for you. Shin-Aomori station is a Shinkansen train station. There is another station called Aomori station, which is for other express and local trains. There is also an aiport in Aomori. There is an Alpine gate which closes at night. So if you are arriving at Aomori in the evening you may have to spend one night in the city. We will help you with all the transfers.
Hakkoda has one ropeway and two chairlifts. Most of people go to Hakkoda to experience the backcountry skiing and snowbaording. Each accommodation has a guide club. And we can arrange your guide or backcountry group tours if required.
